Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop and deliver structured public speaking sessions for students.
Train students on voice modulation, articulation, body language, and presentation techniques.
Conduct activities such as debates, speeches, group discussions, role-plays, and storytelling.
Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and practice materials.
Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback to students.
Build confidence in students through continuous encouragement and mentoring.
Ensure discipline, participation, and positive learning environment in the classroom.
Coordinate with academic coordinators and management for curriculum updates and student progress.
Organize and support events like competitions, presentations, and performances.
