Public Relations & Social Media Specialist

As a Public Relations & Social Media Specialist at EaseMyTrip, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and executing social media and PR activities. You will develop and strategize on building a greater presence and engagement of the founders through PR and social media channels. Your role will involve building thought leadership via compelling content creation, developing and maintaining media relations with key media, scouting and coordinating for events/speakership opportunities, monitoring, tracking, and analyzing PR coverage and social media performance, running media training sessions for key spokespeople, and timely documenting PR and social media activities for analysis purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, maintain, and execute social media and PR activities. - Develop strategies for enhancing the founders" presence and engagement through PR and social media. - Build thought leadership through compelling content creation. - Develop and maintain media relations with key media outlets. - Scout and coordinate events/speakership opportunities. - Monitor, track, and analyze PR coverage and social media performance. - Conduct media training sessions for key spokespeople. - Document PR and social media activities for report generation. - Prepare end-to-end PR and social media content. - Collaborate with internal and external teams. - Manage the reputation of the founder concerning the individual and the brand. Qualifications Required: - At least 2-3 years of working experience in Public Relations and Social Media, preferably in a PR agency. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and meet short deadlines. - Creativity and problem-solving aptitude. - Proactive, motivated, accountable, and responsible for deliverables.
