You are an proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) joining a healthcare team with the essential role of maintaining the desired public image of the healthcare facility. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing PR strategies, serving as the primary liaison for media inquiries, monitoring public perception, ensuring effective internal communication, addressing public concerns, complaints, or misinformation, and supporting the department's objectives as assigned by the Head of the Department.
