Roles & Responsibilities

• Keep track of incoming leads, follow up on proposals, and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Track project timelines, task completion, and dependencies to ensure timely execution
• Schedule and manage regular check-ins and updates with brand owners
• Ensure clarity in communication and alignment on goals, expectations, and feedback
• Follow up with different departments to confirm action items are completed
• Document progress, meeting notes, and action plans to avoid miscommunication
• Proactively identify potential communication gaps or delays and resolve them promptly

Eligibility:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of PR concepts, social media platforms, and media relations.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Stipend: upto 15k
