Role Summary

The Public Relations & Founder Office Communications Associate supports Revenue Optics market presence, brand reputation, and executive communications from within the Founder's Office. Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Media Execution

• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases related to executive appointments, partnerships, client wins, and market announcements
• Build and maintain journalist, editor, and publication distribution lists
• Support outbound media pitching and follow-ups
• Track media pickup, backlinks, and share of voice

Founder Office Communications

• Support development of founder thought leadership, including LinkedIn content and executive commentary
• Convert raw strategy notes, drafts, and voice inputs into polished market-facing communications
• Ensure consistent executive tone and brand alignment across all founder communications

Brand & Reputation Monitoring

• Monitor brand mentions across press, social platforms, podcasts, and newsletters
• Track narrative risks and competitive positioning
• Support proactive and reactive communication strategies when required

Communications Operations & Systems

• Coordinate with design, marketing, and video teams
• Manage content flow from concept through distribution and amplification
• Help document and standardize repeatable PR and communications workflows

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
• 02 years of professional or internship experience
• At least 23 published articles, features, or press placements
• Strong written English and professional business communication skills
• High accountability and comfort operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment

Preferred

• Experience at a PR agency, startup, media outlet, or consulting firm
• Exposure to B2B, SaaS, industrial, or founder-led businesses
• Familiarity with journalist outreach and media pitching
