As the Account Director - Public Relations at MCG, you will be responsible for leading client relationships, maintaining revenue streams, and driving business growth through strategic account management and new business development. You will oversee a team to execute high-impact PR campaigns, align stakeholders, and ensure exceptional client experiences. This role involves revenue management, team leadership, and fostering client satisfaction through innovative solutions. **Key Responsibilities** **Client Relationship Management** - Own and nurture client relationships, fostering long-term, trust-based partnerships. - Develop and implement client strategies that align with their business goals and drive growth. - Act as a strategic advisor to clients, ensuring their PR efforts contribute to broader business objectives. - Lead client presentations, strategic business reviews, and performance reports. - Track, analyze, and report on revenue performance while ensuring profitability targets are met. - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client engagements. - Maintain and grow existing revenue by identifying opportunities for increased engagement. - Maintain current client retention by ensuring continued satisfaction and delivering value-driven results. - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of PR campaigns that meet and exceed client objectives. - Align internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless execution and delivery. **New Business Development & Growth** - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts. - Contribute to client pitches, proposals, and business acquisition efforts. - Develop tailored strategies for new client acquisition and market expansion. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities. **Team Leadership & Development** - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of PR professionals to deliver outstanding client work. - Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that prioritizes professional growth. - Identify training needs and conduct internal workshops to upskill the team. - Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members. **Qualifications** - Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 8-12 years of experience in public relations, client servicing, or account management. - Demonstrated success in revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. - Strong leadership skills with experience in team mentoring and development. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. - Financial acumen with experience in budget management and profitability tracking. - Candidates with B2B enterprise experience will be preferred. **What we Offer** - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development. - A collaborative, innovative work environment focused on impact-driven PR. - The chance to shape the future of a dynamic and fast-growing PR-tech company.
