• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, or a closely related discipline
• Strong understanding of political systems, ideologies, and governance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to analyze arguments, identify bias, and apply critical thinking objectively
• High attention to detail with a methodical approach to structured labeling criteria
• Excellent English reading comprehension with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain impartial and professional when reviewing sensitive or controversial content
• Comfort working independently and managing time effectively in a remote environment
• (Preferred) Prior experience in content moderation, data labeling, or AI research settings
• (Preferred) Knowledge of local and global policy issues and their societal impact
• (Preferred) Experience collaborating within interdisciplinary, research-driven teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate AI-generated content for quality, clarity, and adherence to established guidelines
• Run scripted and exploratory prompts to assess AI model performance and content safety
• Apply structured labeling frameworks with consistency, precision, and impartial judgment
• Document and synthesize evaluation findings, identifying patterns or anomalies for research teams
• Maintain neutrality when engaging with ideologically sensitive or complex subject matter
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure alignment and consistency across evaluator teams
• Contribute insights to improve evaluation protocols and research outcomes
