Role Overview:

Training Opportunity:

Additionally, psychology students participating as Trainee - Path Finder will undergo continuous training every 15 days led by different psychologists. These sessions cover various topics such as cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, cultural competence, and ethical considerations in psychological practice. This rotational training provides trainees with diverse learning experiences and perspectives to support their growth and development in the field of psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sessions, training batches, and team activities.
• Manage MIS, trackers, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Support lead generation, management and contribute to monthly revenue goals.
• Assist in planning, conducting and tracking soft skills, HappiTALK, and HappiGuide sessions.
• Maintain reports, attendance, and client feedback summaries.

Requirements:

• Post Graduate in Psychology
• Strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and MIS tools.
