Key Responsibilities:

Attending theoretical and application based training classes and completing assignments timely.
Completing practical training within assigned time duration.
Conduct calls to understand onboarded customers emotional needs , Guide and assist them in navigating their mental health wellness journey.
Facilitate conducting of initial HappiLife assessment to understand clients' needs and concerns,
Providing empathetic listening and support.

Qualifications:

Pursuing - Bachelors in Psychology
Pursuing - Masters in Psychology and Last Sem Masters.
