• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Criminology, Counselling, Mental Health, or a related field
• Strong understanding of human behavior, motivation, and emotional cues
• Ability to objectively assess risk, vulnerability, and sensitivity within digital content
• High emotional regulation when working with challenging or emotionally charged material
• Strong analytical judgment with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clarity and empathy
• Ability to remain impartial and adhere strictly to structured evaluation criteria
• (Preferred) Prior experience in content evaluation, moderation, or risk assessment roles
• (Preferred) Familiarity with AI systems, digital communication, or behavioral assessment tools
• (Preferred) Knowledge of content safety, online harm prevention, or ethical evaluation frameworks

Role Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for clarity, appropriateness, and adherence to behavioral guidelines
• Run scripted and exploratory prompts to assess AI model behavior and reliability
• Apply structured labeling frameworks with consistency, precision, and impartial judgment
• Document findings clearly and accurately to support transparency and research improvements
• Maintain professionalism and neutrality when evaluating sensitive or emotionally complex content
• Participate in calibration and feedback sessions to ensure consistency across evaluator teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine evaluation methodologies
