What You’ll Do:

• Speak 1-on-1 with businessmen, entrepreneurs, and professionals who attended the masterclass.
• Conduct Clarity Calls — understand their personal & emotional challenges, and help them reflect with empathy.
• Gently guide those who are ready toward our ERP (Extraordinary Relationships Program) — and help them take the next step.
• Track conversations, maintain a simple CRM, and share updates regularly.
• Join mentoring sessions with top relationship coaches and learn through live debriefs.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s student in Psychology, Counselling, Human Development, or related field (or recent graduate).
• Fluent in Hindi + English (Hinglish is great too!) — with strong conversational confidence.
• Emotionally mature, intuitive, and comfortable talking to older professionals/business owners.
• Excited to learn about coaching psychology, decision-making, influence, and real-time problem-solving.
• Open to learning not just counselling, but also persuasive communication and sales psychology.
