  • Conduct regular visits to schools and community centers to support inclusion of children with special needs.


  • Perform psychological assessments to identify learning, behavioral, and emotional needs of students.


  • Develop individualized support plans in collaboration with teachers, special educators, and parents.


  • Provide counseling services to students and families to address academic, emotional, and social challenges.


  • Deliver training and capacity-building sessions for teachers, community workers, and caregivers on inclusive education practices.


  • Advocate for inclusive policies and environments within schools and local communities.


  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare regular reports on student progress and program impact.


  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and social workers.


Qualifications:


  • Master’s Degree or higher in Psychology (Clinical, Educational, or Child Psychology preferred).


  • Registered/licensed psychologist (as per local regulations).


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in school settings or inclusive education programs.


  • Experience working with children with disabilities, learning difficulties, or behavioral challenges.


Skills & Competencies:


  • Strong understanding of inclusive education principles and practices.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in diverse community settings.


  • Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple sites


Work Environment:


  • Field-based role with travel to schools, community centers, and outreach areas.


  • Occasional evening or weekend work for community meetings or workshops.


Requirements

  • Experience in community outreach or NGO sector.


  • Knowledge of local education systems and disability rights frameworks.


  • Familiarity with IEP (Individualized Education Program) development.
