Role Description

remote, flexible role

Responsibilities include offering 1:1 sessions, maintaining brief session notes, supporting clients with clarity and guidance, and collaborating with the Solvit team for smooth scheduling and coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in counselling, emotional wellbeing, and psychological assessment
• Experience supporting individuals with mental-health, relationship, career, or student concerns
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines
• Master’s degree in Psychology / Counselling / Clinical Psychology (mandatory)
• RCI licence or relevant certification (preferred but not mandatory for non-clinical roles)
