You will be joining Umeedein, a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of children battling cancer. As a full-time Psychologist, your role will involve offering compassionate psychological support to children undergoing treatment, as well as their parents and caregivers who are facing significant emotional and mental health challenges during this difficult time. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide compassionate psychological support to children undergoing cancer treatment - Offer support to parents and caregivers facing emotional and mental health challenges - Utilize your expertise in psychology to help individuals cope with the challenges they are facing **Qualifications Required:** - Must have a Masters degree (MA/MSc) in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counseling Psychology - Minimum of four years of experience in psychology-related roles - Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English languages - Preferable: Experience in counseling cancer patients, especially children If you possess qualities such as empathy, compassion, emotional resilience, patience, sensitivity, strong communication skills, active listening, non-judgmental approach, and enjoy working in a team collaboration, this role might be a great fit for you.
