Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, counsellors, and the wider clinical team for integrated care.
• Ensure adherence to all clinical protocols, quality standards, and confidentiality norms.

Patient Experience & Public Relations

• Serve as the primary contact for patient queries, appointment coordination, and therapy planning.
• Provide pre-counseling information, orientation, and psychological guidance to walk-in clients.
• Strengthen patient relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Handle patient feedback, resolve concerns, and ensure a seamless service experience.

Business Development

• Engage with corporates, schools, colleges, and community groups to promote mental health programs.
• Support planning and execution of wellness workshops, screenings, and outreach initiatives.
• Build partnerships with referral sources, doctors, and influencers to increase patient footfall.
• Assist in creating promotional content and participating in marketing campaigns.

Clinic Operations & Management

• Oversee clinic schedules, appointment flow, and daily operational workflows.
• Coordinate with administrative teams to ensure smooth functioning of therapy rooms and clinic facilities.
• Generate and maintain MIS, daily reports, and performance dashboards for management.
• Ensure compliance with clinic SOPs, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support onboarding and training of new clinical/administrative staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Masters degree in Clinical Psychology

  (M.Phil preferred).
• Minimum 5-10 years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication, counseling, and crisis-management skills.
• Ability to balance clinical workload with administrative and business development responsibilities.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable engaging with clients, partners, and corporate stakeholders.
• Knowledge of psychological tools, testing, documentation, and therapy techniques.
• High sense of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working in a mental health clinic or hospital setting.
• Prior exposure to corporate programs, outreach, or community engagements.
• Strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
