You will provide online counselling sessions , support clients across emotional and behavioural concerns, and maintain a high standard of ethical practice. Responsibilities include offering 1:1 sessions, maintaining brief session notes, supporting clients with clarity and guidance, and collaborating with the Solvit team for smooth scheduling and coordination. Qualifications Strong expertise in counselling, emotional wellbeing, and psychological assessment Experience supporting individuals with mental-health, relationship, career, or student concerns Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines Master’s degree in Psychology / Counselling / Clinical Psychology (mandatory) RCI licence or relevant certification (preferred but not mandatory for non-clinical roles)
