Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Feeling Listener at MantraCare. The Feeling Listener will be responsible for providing empathetic, active listening and emotional support to individuals engaging with MantraCare's mental health and wellness platform. Daily responsibilities will include maintaining a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to share feelings, using AI-guided tools to offer thoughtful responses, and identifying situations where they may need to escalate cases to licensed professionals. The Feeling Listener will also maintain accurate and confidential records of sessions and collaborate with the broader care team when necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Empathy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust
• Experience in mental health support, counseling, or related fields is preferred
• Knowledge of digital platforms and familiarity with AI-powered tools
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accurate documentation
• Ability to work independently and maintain flexibility in a remote setting
• Certification in counseling, psychology, or a related discipline is a plus
