We have the below job vacancy for the post of Psychiatric Socio Worker

Location:- Mumbai,

Educational Qualification:- Masters in Social Work (MSW) experienced in psychiatric social work Counselling experience.

Experience:- 3 to 5 years (after MSW)

Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Identify need gap and partnering with organization to begin cell services.
• Help Therapist gain information by doing home visits being in community helping families understand and deal with the patient, supervising and directing Clients for steady treatments.
• Developing or advising on social policy and conducting social research to advance knowledge. They must also plan and conduct programmes to combat social problems or to improve health and counselling services in the community, recording the client’s personal data, recognising physical or emotional abuse, and matching clients to community resources.
• Coordination with Internal Team for Scheduling, Progress and reporting
• Update on Progress and difficulties to Management
• Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports on progress of Training and Cells
• Coordinating with CSR and Finance team for reporting and expenditures.
• Monitoring and Quality Control
• Overall looking at the impact of the program by data collection and evaluation for reporting
