Roles & Responsibilities Conduct vocational training programs such as candle making, soap making, tailoring, gardening, handicrafts, and other skill-based activities for patients. Plan and organize structured activities that improve patients’ self-confidence, creativity, and independence. Teach practical income-generating skills to promote patient rehabilitation and community reintegration. Guide patients in product quality, safety, and basic marketing skills where applicable. Work with the rehabilitation team (doctors, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists) to align training with individual patient care plans. Maintain records of attendance, progress, and skill development of each participant. Ensure a safe, supportive, and motivating environment during all training sessions. Introduce new craft techniques and vocational activities based on patient needs and institutional goals. Qualifications & Experience Diploma / Degree / Certification in Vocational Training, Skill Development, Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation, or related field. Training / experience in handicrafts, small-scale production (candle/soap making, tailoring, etc.).
