Position Overview

We are looking for highly skilled, responsible, and compassionate Staff Nurses with a minimum of 5–10 years of experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates must be patient-centered, professional, and confident in handling mental health patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to psychiatric and rehabilitation patients.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist psychiatrists, physicians, physiotherapists, and the clinical team.
• Handle emergencies and provide first-line care.
• Coordinate with caregivers and support staff for daily patient needs.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• GNM / BSc Nursing / Post Basic BSc Nursing (Valid Registration required)
• Minimum 5–10 years of nursing experience (preferably in mental health, rehabilitation, or hospital setting)
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient management skills
• Good communication and teamwork ability
• Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
