Psychiatric Social Worker (Freshers Welcome)

Position: Psychiatric Social Worker

We are seeking dedicated and empathetic Psychiatric Social Workers to join our multidisciplinary team. Both experienced professionals and freshers with the right qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychosocial assessments and assist in care planning.

Provide counseling, therapy, and support to patients and families under supervision.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and caregivers for holistic treatment.

Support patients in accessing community resources and rehabilitation programs.

Maintain detailed case records and progress notes.

Participate in awareness programs, group sessions, and family meetings.

Qualifications

Master’s in Social Work (MSW), preferably with specialization in Psychiatric Social Work or Clinical Social Work.

Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach.
