PSA Engineer Distribution/Network/Transmission

• The PSA Engineer will be responsible for meeting business objectives by developing practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving closure on customer issues raised on ADMS & AEMS products.


• Responsible for addressing customer issues and concerns with ADMS applications such as SCADA, DMS, OMS, etc.


• Troubleshoot and resolve defects within the ADMS platform in a timely and effective manner.


• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to investigate, diagnose, and resolve any issues impacting system performance or functionality.


• Provide ongoing support for defect management and work on root cause analysis to prevent future issues.


• Run scripts for FAT and SAT testing, perform post-analysis and investigation, and categorize defects.


• Manage the setup and configuration of ADMS replication groups to ensure data consistency and system synchronization across multiple environments.


• Implement best practices for replication, ensuring high reliability and system performance.

• 5+ years of work experience in customizing and delivering Energy Management Systems, preferably e-terra AEMS - Reliance.


• 5+ years of experience with C++, Java, or other related languages.


• 5+ years of experience with GE’s AEMS Reliance source design and development.


• 5+ years of experience with electric utility industry practices.


• 5 years of experience with LINUX and Windows Operating Systems.


• 5 years of experience with C, Java, and Oracle Database.


• Experience with SQL, shell scripting, ability to read and interpret logs and debug files.


• Installation of Operating System patches and third-party software such as Oracle, NetApp, etc.


• System configuration and hands-on experience in GitHub and ClearCase.


• 5 years' experience on real-time or mission-critical systems.


• Must have experience in picking up and installing fixes on live customer systems.
