Job Description

1. Deliver structured football coaching sessions tailored for Grades 3 to 7.

2. Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline through engaging sports activities.

3. Identify young talent and nurture skills through age-appropriate training.

4. Support student participation in inter-house and inter-school matches.

Function: Physical Education

Skills:

Football Coaching Skill Development Conduct regular coaching sessions focusing on basic techniques: passing, dribbling,shooting, positioning, and teamwork. Design drills and exercises suitable for age-specific motor skills and comprehension. Foster a love for football while maintaining a focus on discipline and effort.
Physical Fitness Game Readiness Introduce fitness routines that enhance agility, coordination, and stamina. Prepare students for friendly and competitive matches through guided practice. Ensure safety and injury prevention through proper warm-ups and cool-downs.
Event Match Preparation Prepare students for school-level football competitions, sports days, and friendly matches. Coordinate with sports and class teachers to manage match logistics and participation. Maintain and manage football equipment and inventory.
Student Engagement Mentoring Motivate students to actively participate and enjoy the learning process. Observe and track student progress and share feedback with the Head of Sports. Encourage good sportsmanship, team behavior, and respectful conduct.
