Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Prosthodontist to join our dental

manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will work closely with our Removable Prosthetics,

Implant, and Crown & Bridge teams to ensure the production of high-quality dental

restorations. This role involves technical expertise, training of technicians, quality control, and

coordination with international clients to meet global standards and client requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

? Collaborate with the Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge teams to oversee the

design, fabrication, and finishing of dental prostheses.

? Provide technical guidance and training to dental technicians to enhance skills, improve

techniques, and maintain production efficiency.

? Conduct quality checks at every stage of production to ensure adherence to clinical

accuracy, aesthetics, and functional standards.

? Liaise with international clients to understand their requirements, provide technical

support, and ensure timely delivery of products.

? Assist in product development and process improvement to meet evolving dental

technology trends.

? Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or production-related challenges in collaboration

with the manufacturing team.

? Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company quality protocols.

? Document and maintain detailed records of processes, feedback, and improvements for

ongoing quality enhancement.

? Preparing and Implementing of new SOP's.

Qualifications & Skills:

? MDS in Prosthodontics.

? Minimum 06 years of relevant experience

? Strong technical expertise in Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge prostheses.

? Excellent training, communication, and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to interact with international clients professionally and effectively.

? Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

? Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and modern dental manufacturing technology is an

advantage.
