The Academy Manager will be responsible for driving student enrollment and revenue growth by effectively converting leads into students. This role requires exceptional fluency in English, strong sales acumen, and a preference for candidates with a dental background. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion: · Initiate contact with prospective students who have shown interest in our dental courses. · Utilize superior sales skills and language proficiency to convert leads into enrolled students. · Maintain a high conversion rate through a deep understanding of student needs and effective communication. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential students, offering guidance and information about our dental programs. Address inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and seamless enrollment experience. Social Media Marketing Digital Marketing platforms tracking Google business page leads handling Digital marketing feeds updates Coordinating digital marketing team Sales Strategy and Reporting: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed enrollment targets. Regularly monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing management with reports on lead conversion rates, sales performance, and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the Digital marketing and admissions teams to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
