Responsibilities:

• Proposal Development:

  Lead the end-to-end process of sourcing RFPs and developing compelling and compliant responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

• Content Creation:

  Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality content that showcases our company's capabilities, expertise, and competitive advantages.

• Research and Analysis:

  Conduct research industry trends, and specific agency requirements to tailor responses effectively.

• Proposal Strategy:

  Develop proposal strategies, themes, and messaging that align with the client's objectives and resonate with evaluators.

• Proposal Coordination:

  Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information, ensuring that proposals are comprehensive, accurate, and submitted within specified deadlines.

• Quality Assurance:

  Conduct thorough reviews of RFP responses to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with proposal requirements.

• Editing and Proofreading:

  Review and edit proposal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the proposal's objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an RFP Writer for at least 3 to 7 years of experience.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities to handle multiple proposals concurrently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
