Proposal Manager

You will be working as a Proposal Engineer at Toyo Engineering Pvt Ltd, a prominent company in the engineering sector specializing in providing innovative solutions for Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Cryogenics, and Fertilizers industries. Your role will involve managing proposals across various sectors to ensure an efficient and effective bidding process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting Cost Estimation for EPCC (LSTK) and Services Proposals - Performing Risk Review during the bidding phase - Analyzing Cash flow - Developing a winning strategy for proposals To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - B.E. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering - 5 to 15 years of relevant experience The required skills for this position include: - Demonstrated ability to lead and guide a team of engineers from different divisions/disciplines until the proposal submission - Strong oral and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Preferred skills for this role include prior experience in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemicals, Cryogenics, or Fertilizers industry.,
