Job Description

Role Overview: As a Proposal Manager at Siemens Ltd. Smart Infrastructure Division, you will review RFQ/Enquiry documents, understand the requirements techno-commercially, and prepare budgetary and firm bids. Your responsibilities will include offering text, cost calculations, and time schedules in collaboration with Sales regions/ICB Partners/BD. Corresponding with vendors/procurement for the right specifications and costs to ensure optimum techno-commercial offers is crucial. You will also provide technical clarifications to Partners (Sales/ICB/BD), attend technical discussions, and maintain a project list to achieve the assigned Order intake targets. Coordination with operations for Proposal Optimization and evaluating win/loss orders are integral parts of your duties. Additionally, contributing ideas for cost optimization to PLM/Operations is expected from you.
