Interpret customers RFQ and project specifications to prepare techno commercial proposals in a timely manner.
Work closely with cross-functional teams as well as sub-vendors to provide a complete and competitive technical solution.
To manage and request for quotations from sub-vendors and liaise with them for accurate and timely quotations
To propose alternative methods and equipment to achieve cost efficiency.
Concept visualization & preparation for the application along with selection of components and preparation of BOM.
Selection of 3rd party standard material like energy chain, servo gearbox, other electric actuators (ball screw/belt etc.), technical comparison, price negotiation.
Preparation of project offers in proposal template. Co-ordination with design & assembly teams for smooth execution.
Feasibility study as per the sales/customer request.
Maintaining reports with reference to quotations and offers made.
Trials & testing of electric & pneumatic assembly as & when required.
Visit to customer if necessary to understand the application or render commissioning support.
Interrelate between quotation, design, assembly team for timely completion of projects.
