Essential Qualification & Specialization

Experience working in Proposal/Quotation Making of Industrial Products is a must.

Preferable with experience in Instrumentation, Valves or similar industries. Knowledge of tendering is also preferred. 

Qualifications

• Diploma/B. E in Mechanical/Instrumentation & Control.

Nature of job / KRA / KPA

Making technical proposal based on customer data, Follow up with customer regarding offers, Customer support, Online tendering, MIS.

· Read Customer RFQ/Inquiry

· Understand Technical and Commercial Requirements

· Download tenders

· Select Suitable Product and Models

· Prepare technical and commercial quote as per RFQ

· Send offers to customers

· Discuss with customer and clear Technical and Commercial queries.

· Negotiate and close the order.

· Read PO and check if it is as per Quote and complete order entry.
