Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Proposal Engineer based in Surat. Key responsibilities include preparing and writing technical and commercial proposals, collaborating with sales teams to identify client requirements, and providing accurate project cost estimates. The Proposal Engineer will coordinate with procurement and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with project specifications. Additionally, the role involves evaluating vendor quotes and ensuring project deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations. Qualifications Proficiency in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing Strong Electrical Engineering knowledge and skills Experience in Sales and Procurement processes Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred Previous experience in automation, instrumentation, or electrical project proposals is an advantage
