Proposal Engineer

Job Description:
The Proposal Engineer is responsible for preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals for various manufacturing projects. This includes analyzing customer requirements, collaborating with internal teams (sales, engineering, production, and procurement), and ensuring proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company standards.​

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed technical and commercial proposals, including scope of work, cost estimates, and timelines.​
• Analyze and understand client requirements and specifications to create tailored solutions.​
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, production, and procurement teams to gather relevant information for proposal preparation.​
• Review and manage bid documents; ensure proposals are compliant and complete.​
• Present proposals to clients and participate in technical discussions and negotiations.​
• Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and market trends.​
• Track proposal status, follow up with clients, and manage proposal documentation.​

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years’ experience in proposal development or similar role.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proposal software.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.​

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹720,000.00 per year
