Role Description :

This role serves as a crucial technical liaison and project coordinator, bridging the gap between the front-end sales team, clients, and manufacturing departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from initial inquiry through to successful delivery and client satisfaction.

• Provide expert technical guidance and support to the front-end sales team during client interactions.
•  Understand the client's requirements. 
• Conduct detailed estimations for project costs, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Participate in the tendering process, preparing and submitting competitive bids. 
• Act as a coordinator between Sales, Client and manufacturing departments to ensure smooth execution of the orders.  
• Be prepared to travel to client sites, manufacturing facilities, or other locations as required.

Education :

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Experience :

3 to 8 years
