Job Description

As an Investment Manager at Square Yards, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM. Your role will involve generating and conducting site visits of interested clients to relevant properties, managing negotiations with buyers, and ensuring deal closures. You will be expected to achieve a target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct end-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads in CRM - Generate and conduct site visits of interested clients - Manage negotiations with buyers for deal closures - Achieve a target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits per week Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal - Proficiency in Hindi & English, knowledge of the local language is an advantage - Proficient in MS Office - Strong customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills - Energy, aggression, enthusiasm, and confidence Square Yards is India's largest full-stack prop-tech platform that caters to the entire consumer journey from Search & Discovery to Transactions, Mortgages, Home furnishing, Rentals, and Property Management. The company offers services in Data Assisted Buying, Interior Decor, Smart Home Construction, Property Management, Legal Services, 3D Home Tours, and Easy Loans. If you are a graduate from any discipline with at least 1 year of sales experience in any industry, you are preferred for this role. Freshers are also welcome to apply. In terms of compensation and benefits, you will receive an uncapped incentive based on sales performance, goal-based auto-appraisals, and promotion every 3 months with a 10% hike on each goal crossed.
