identifying, evaluating, and onboarding exclusive properties

Key Responsibilities

  • Builder/Developer Engagement

  • Identify and approach exclusive and selected developers, builders, and property owners for partnerships.
  • Pitch Ribitto’s fractional model and build long-term relationships with property stakeholders.
  • Negotiate partnership terms, pricing structures, and exclusivity deals where possible.
  • Lead Property onboarding Process seamlessly with the help of company's systems
  • Lead and handle cross-functional coordination with various functions like finance, legal, regulatory and authorities


Qualifications


  • Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in

    Business, Engineering or related field

    .
  • 3–6 years of experience

    in real estate sales, developer relations, or property acquisition
  • Strong network
  • Strong understanding of

    HMDA/RERA regulations

    and property documentation
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
