Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Builder Relations, located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for onboarding, managing and maintaining relationships with builders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks will include strategic planning, setting sales goals, reaching out to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and continuously monitoring market trends to ensure competitive advantage. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies and maintaining a strong presence in the industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and relationship management, particularly in the real estate or construction sectors
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of market trends and industry benchmarks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Relevant certifications or additional qualifications in sales or real estate are a plus
