This role acts as a rbidge between real estate developers/builders and Ribitto, ensuring only verified, high-quality, and Customer-friendly properties are listed. Key Responsibilities Builder/Developer Engagement Identify and approach exclusive and selected developers, builders, and property owners for partnerships. Pitch Ribitto’s fractional model and build long-term relationships with property stakeholders. Negotiate partnership terms, pricing structures, and exclusivity deals where possible. Lead Property onboarding Process seamlessly with the help of company's systems Lead and handle cross-functional coordination with various functions like finance, legal, regulatory and authorities Qualifications Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field . 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, developer relations, or property acquisition Strong network Strong understanding of HMDA/RERA regulations and property documentation Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
