Key Responsibilities:*
- Oversee *DG, Transformer, STP, and WTP* plant operations & maintenance
- Ensure *preventive and corrective maintenance* of all MEP systems
- Monitor & optimize *energy consumption and efficiency*
- Ensure *building compliance* with government regulations
- Maintain *statutory records, audits & safety norms*
- Coordinate with *local authorities* for approvals & inspections
- Supervise *Soft Services (Housekeeping, Landscaping, Waste Management)*
- Oversee *Security, Help Desk, and Accounts* teams
- Manage *AMC vendors, contract renewals & service agreements*
- Ensure timely execution of *repairs, renovations & projects*
- Address *resident complaints & service requests* efficiently
- Ensure high service standards & *proactive issue resolution*
- Conduct *monthly meetings & updates* with residents’ associations

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
