Property Manager

Position: Property Manager Location: Thiruvalla, Kerala
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (One casual leave per month) Immediate Joining

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the luxury apartment complex.*Handle staff management, including hiring, training, and supervision.*Provide outstanding customer service by effectively handling client inquiries and concerns.*Maintain records and reports related to property management activities.

Qualifications:
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle both staff and client interactionseffectively.* Age range: 24 - 50 years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
