Job Description

As a Property Manager located in Thiruvalla, Kerala, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and maintenance of a luxury apartment complex. Your duties will involve managing staff, which includes tasks such as hiring, training, and supervision. Additionally, providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns will be a key aspect of your role. Keeping accurate records and reports related to property management activities is also essential. To excel in this position, you must possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage interactions with both staff and clients. The ideal candidate should fall within the age range of 24 to 50 years. This is a full-time position with the work schedule set from Monday to Saturday, with one casual leave allowed per month. Immediate joining is required. The benefits package includes cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and paid time off. The job requires a day shift schedule and the ability to commute/relocate to Thiruvalla, Kerala. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree are preferred, along with a total of 3 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in property management. Proficiency in English is preferred.
