Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of accommodation properties, ensuring smooth operations.
  
• Manage tenant onboarding, lease agreements, and renewals.
  
• Handle rent collection, billing, and financial reporting.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repairs.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations.
  
• Address tenant queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Monitor occupancy rates and support in marketing vacant units.
  
• Maintain accurate records of property expenses, invoices, and service contracts.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure upkeep and preventive maintenance.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve resident satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Any Graduate / Hospitality / Property Management or related field (preferred).
  
• 3-5 years of experience in property management, real estate, or accommodation services.
  
• Experience in student housing/hostels/PG accommodations will be an added advantage.
