Property Management Accountant

As an accountant for multiple UK student accommodation properties, you will be responsible for end-to-end accounting tasks. This includes service charge reconciliations, variance analysis, rent roll reporting, and revenue recognition. You will also be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for property portfolios. Your role will require direct communication with UK property managers and landlords to ensure accuracy and compliance with UK GAAP and client-specific accounting policies.
