Property Management Accountant

As a US Property Management Accountant at Lancetech Solutions, you will be responsible for handling daily accounting functions such as Bank Reconciliation, AP/AR, Journal Entries, and General Ledger management. Your role will also involve preparing Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in accordance with US GAAP standards. Additionally, you will be required to perform variance analysis, assist with budgets and forecasts, and support cash flow planning. Ensuring compliance with property tax filings, vendor 1099s, and related documentation will be a key part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will collaborate with US counterparts and property managers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Proficiency in property management systems like Yardi, AppFolio, or MRI will be essential for this role. Qualifications required for this position include being a Commerce graduate with 2-5 years of experience in US Property or Real Estate Accounting. A strong understanding of US GAAP, AR/AP, reconciliations, and financial reporting is necessary. Prior experience with property management software is preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with US-based teams and clients are essential. You should be willing to work in US shifts and from the office.
