Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create accurate and detailed project listings on websites and online platforms for clients.
• Prepare product information including names, descriptions, project details, images, and specifications.
• Manage and update large Excel sheets containing pricing, attributes, and product data.
• Ensure the correctness and completeness of all prject-related information before publishing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute category and listing strategies.
• Maintain organized documentation of project details, updates, and changes.
• Stay updated with standards, and listing requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, formatting) and MS Word.
• Good knowledge of email writing and communication.
• Experience in product listing, catalog management, or e-commerce operations (preferred).
• Ability to work with large datasets and maintain high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
