Roles and Responsibilities:
Create accurate and detailed project listings on websites and online platforms for clients.
Prepare product information including names, descriptions, project details, images, and specifications.
Manage and update large Excel sheets containing pricing, attributes, and product data.
Ensure the correctness and completeness of all prject-related information before publishing.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute category and listing strategies.
Maintain organized documentation of project details, updates, and changes.
Stay updated with standards, and listing requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic formulas, formatting) and MS Word.
Good knowledge of email writing and communication.
Experience in product listing, catalog management, or e-commerce operations (preferred).
Ability to work with large datasets and maintain high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
