The Real Estate CONNECT is a leading real estate consultancy firm based in Ahmedabad, specialized in catering to real estate requirements, home loan needs, and property management services. With a dedicated team of professionals and a proven strategy, we strive to assist our clients in finding the right property at the right location, under the best terms, and at a competitive price. Additionally, we offer support in developing marketing strategies for property sales or leasing. We are currently looking for candidates residing in Ahmedabad, possessing basic computer knowledge, fluency in English, and a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the real estate sector. Responsibilities: - Providing guidance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the optimal price and terms. - Understanding clients" needs and financial capabilities to offer suitable solutions. - Conducting negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, legal requirements, and ensuring fair dealings. - Performing comparative market analysis to determine property values. - Showcasing and promoting properties to potential buyers. - Handling necessary paperwork and maintaining property listings. - Collaborating with the team, clients, developers, and network consultants as required. - Implementing sales promotion activities through advertisements, open houses, and listing services. - Staying updated on real estate market trends and industry best practices. Requirements and Skills: - Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Sales Executive with a successful sales record. - Based in and residing in Ahmedabad with a good understanding of the city's geography. - Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and adaptability to real estate software. Additional Requirements: - In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market dynamics, trends, and regulations. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
