We are seeking a QA/ BQA with strong manual testing skills and deep expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Commercial Lines insurance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test cases and scenarios, performing functional and regression testing, and managing defects throughout the QA lifecycle.
Experience with Duck Creek policy testing is essential, including hands-on involvement in policy creation, transaction management, and validating rating, forms, and integrations within the Duck Creek platform.
Excellent communication skills are required for effective collaboration with business analysts, developers, and clients, as well as for clear documentation and reporting of test results.
The candidate should be proficient in using tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps for test management and defect tracking, and able to contribute to process improvements and team coordination in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
