Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Policy Servicing Specialist with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a MUST. This role requires working from the office during night shifts with no travel obligations.

Responsibilities

Manage and process policy servicing tasks efficiently to ensure timely completion of assignments.

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address policy-related inquiries and issues.

Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and documentation of policy changes and updates.

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Analyse policy data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all servicing activities.

Monitor and report on policy servicing metrics to support continuous improvement efforts.

Assist in the development and implementation of new policy servicing procedures.

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and company policies.

Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives through proactive contributions.

Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and collaboration.

Adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure during night shifts.

Qualifications

Demonstrate proficiency in English communication to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.

Exhibit strong skills in MS Office applications for efficient data management and reporting.

Possess knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance to enhance service delivery.

Show ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Display excellent problem-solving skills to address policy servicing challenges.

Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy documentation.

Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to night shift work schedules.

Certifications Required

Certification in MS Office or related proficiency is preferred.
