Job Description

Property and Casualty (P&C) Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead a team
in a back-office capacity, with a focus on
international processes
.
Manage and handle
complex processes
within the P&C, insurance, or mortgage domains.
Utilize strong
analytical and logical skills
to optimize workflows and solve problems.
Make effective decisions to ensure operational excellence.

Required Candidate Profile

Experience:
Minimum of
5 years
of professional experience is required.
At least
1.5 years of on-paper experience as a Team Lead
.
Must have a background in P&C, insurance, or mortgage, or have managed complex processes.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills
are mandatory.
Good decision-making skills
.
The ability to handle
complex processes
.
A strong understanding of
analytical and logical processes
.
Education:
A
graduate
degree is required.

Additional Information

Salary:
Up to
8 LPA
for a Team Lead.
Up to
7 LPA
for an SME.
Shift:
US shifts
.
Transport:
One-side cab
is provided.
