Roles & Responsibilities :

• Operate various client systems and perform complex tasks independently, adhering to information-security policies and client performance standards.
• Audit and troubleshoot to meet client needs promptly; take initiative to find solutions and work effectively within a team.
• Develop and implement procedures to meet quality, quantity, and timeliness standards.
• Compose clear, professional emails to clients; anticipate client needs proactively.
• Coach and mentor less-experienced staff in procedures and insurance knowledge.• Analyze root causes of processing problems and keep team, supervisor, and client informed of issues and solutions.
